Unusual presentation of atrial myxoma in a 34-year-old male.
Patient presented with vague constitutional symptoms and syncopal episodes. Echocardiography revealed a large, mobile mass in the left atrium, initially masking as mitral stenosis. Opted for immediate surgical resection.

Seeing an uptick in atypical presentation of RSV in infants under 6 months this season. Less prominent wheezing, more significant lethargy and poor feeding prior to respiratory distress. Anyone else noticing this shift in their practice?
